We don't know of a custom ROM that supports the Huawei P9 lite yet. It may only have unofficial community builds (common for newer or MediaTek devices), or none at all.
Why that's likely: Huawei stopped issuing bootloader unlock codes in 2018, for every phone launched after May that year and, 60 days later, for older ones too. Without an unlocked bootloader a custom ROM can't be installed, so new ROMs for Huawei phones are very unlikely. source · checked Sept 2026
